    Some of you asked for adjustment numbers when you do a CMA. I’m really not sure how close these are but this should give you an idea. Remember, these numbers are not guaranteed accurate.

Input Forms

  • Land and Farm
    This form is for listings that are .5 in acreage or more. Use residental LOT only if the property is 0-.5 acres and in an established neighborhood.
  • Multi-Family
  • Residential
    If you have a listing that is 0-.5 in acres and in an established neighborhood this is the correct form, it is property class LOT. If you have property that .5 acres or more you need to use the Land/Farm form.
  • Residential Rental

  • IDX Hand Book
    Simply put, Internet Data Exchange allows participating Brokers/Agents to display all active listings in the MLS including those that belong to other brokers. We currently have over four thousand active listings in our MLS and all of which could be available to be seen on your web site.

  • IDX APPROVED VENDOR LIST
    This is a list of GEPAR's Approved IDX Vendors. If you need to contract a vendor for IDX Services who requires a data feed from GEPAR they will need to fill out an Application for approval. Approvals for new IDX Vendors will take 2-4 weeks. Please contact: jsanchez@gepar.org for more information.
