The MLS Data Co-op allows MLSs to easily setup and manage sharing relationships with other MLSs and modify these over time to meet the needs of their members.

• The system uses a common data format consisting of more than 100 fields based on RETS Standard Names. The data includes all property types, statuses, and agent-only fields.
• Users access the co-op listings through their native MLS system. The system provides “agent short” and “consumer” listing reports that are consistent with MLS rules.
• One solution to support all types of data sharing.
• Agents are in control of which of the available sets of MLS listing data they want incorporated into searches.
• Advanced property data, neighborhood, school and other reports to help evaluate markets are available.
• Designed for Agent use, not just IDX data, all property types and all statuses.

TO ACCESS THE DATA CO-OP IS EASY, log on to Innovia and on the right hand side tool bar, you will see a new icon labeled Data Co-op just click and you're in! You can also bring up the Data Co-op by going to the "Links Of Interest" section on the Innovia home page, The Data Co-op link will be labeled Co-op link and will be the first link on the list.
