HOW TO GET INTO THE NEW MLS SYSTEM?

The Innovia MLS System is scheduled to be turned off on January 18th, 2011. If you have not yet become familiar with the new MLS system-MLXchange or have not attended a training we highly encourage members to access the new MLS system or attend any upcoming MLXchange training classes.
As sent out previously all upcoming MLXchange training classes will be posted on the GEPAR & Training Calendars, upcoming events bulletin, and The Innovia board news as well as on elpasorealtor.com

PLEASE NOTE: The New MLS System is live and can be accessed by all members with MLS access.Click on VIEW PDF at the bottom of this article for Instructions on how to get into the System as well as important information about MLXchange.

To login to MLXchange use the same Login id & password used to access INNOVIA.Once in MLXchange for Help/Support such as How to Videos, guides and Frequently asked questions information click on the HELP Icon under the Quick Links section on the Main page of MLXchange. The Help button is also located in the upper right corner of the Main page as well.
You can also find MLXchange help links such as video tutorials, how to guides & more on the Main page of MLXchange under the Resource Links section!
IMPORTANT CUTOVER INFORMATION:
1. ALL LISTING MAINTENANCE WILL BE DONE IN INNOVIA UNTIL JAN 17th at 12 NOON. YOU WILL BE ABLE TO INPUT LISTINGS INTO THE NEW SYSTEM STARTING AT 9:00 AM ON JAN 18TH.
2. STARTING ON JAN 18th, ALL INNOVIA ACCESS PAGES WILL TAKE YOU TO THE MLXCHANGE LOGIN. YOU WILL USE THE SAME ID & PASSWORD TO LOGIN TO INNOVIA IN ORDER TO ACCESS MLXCHANGE
3. DURING THE TRANSITION PERIOD TO MLXCHANGE FOR SUPPORT OR ISSUES CALL MLXCHANGE SUPPORT AT 1-888-825-5472 OR THE MLS DEPT. AT 915-783-6097
