TAR is proposing to revise the following property management forms:
2001 – Residential Lease
2005 – Extension of Residential Lease
2011 – Residential Lease for a Multi-Family Unit
2201 – Residential Leasing and Property Management Agreement
2210 - Notice to Tenant of Change in Management and Accountability for Security Deposit
In addition, TAR is proposing to adopt two new forms:
2220 – General Information to Tenant of Property Facing Foreclosure
2221 - Amendment to Residential Leasing and Property Management Agreement
