NOTICE TO MEMBERS ON LOCKBOX CONVERSION
The GEPAR office will be opened for the lockbox conversion June 27th through July 1st for members who have made a reservation. No other business will be conducted. Please make payments online or by mail. Any problems regarding the MLS System call 1-888-825-5472 you may also call 783-6097 or e-mail kat@gepar.org. If you have questions regarding SentriLock please call 1-877-433-6998. Additional parking is available at 6222 Gateway East in the parking lot before the Texas Souvenir Store. Do not park at Concentra Urgent Care as your vehicle may be towed. If you have a large number of boxes, you may drop them off at the front door and then go park your car. We will have people to help carry your boxes. PLEASE CAR POOL IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.
At the product exchange you will be directed to the registration station to drop off your old lock boxes (if you have any), then proceed to a short training session on the new features of the product. Upon completion of this short training you will proceed to pick up your designated boxes and key card.
Members who do not come to the conversion need to call the office the week of July 5th through July 8th to schedule an appointment. No walk-ins will be processed without an appointment. No exchanges or new product will be released that week.
Thank you for your cooperation and time. Staff will do everything they can to make the conversion as easy and fast as possible. The good news is we will not do this again for six years and the new product has advanced capabilities.
