2008 SALESMAN OF THE YEAR
Al is a native El Pasoan who is a Viet Nam veteran .
He has also served as one of El Paso Finest men in Blue, the El Paso Police Dept.where he was one of 18 men from a group of 250 to be picked for the first ever El Paso Police Dept. Foot Patrol Division.
He received his degree in criminal justice during his public services.
He later entered another field working for Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company out of Dallas traveling thru out New Mexico from El Paso.
Working his way up from store manager to regional sales manager. After a major corporate downsizing he found himself out of job, a single Dad, and bills to pay. He decided to get into Real Estate and got his License in 1989
Since then he has been involved in the Greater El Paso Association of Realtors committees, functions, and events. As a member of the Gov’t Affairs Comm. He was instrumental in bringing to GEPAR the El Paso County Early voting booths he is a Legislative Laison and Political Involvement Council member for the Texas Association of Realtors help canidates with grass root effords in thier run for government posiotions. While preident of the Council of Independent brokers and Agents
he organized community activities such as The Back to School Supply Drive, and the CIBA Blood Drive that has gained recognition for the Association.
